Dear Editor,

It seems to me to be a very close race for first place between the police and the mini bus operators for the lawlessness they display in the course of their operations and in full public view. The sight of a policeman kicking up a citizen and mini bus operators pulling people out of buses and slashing tyres, shows to my mind a blatant disregard for the law.

Both sides have on their hands the blame for numerous deaths; all because for their contempt for the rule of law.
