Caribbean Star unveils 'Star Vacations'

In an effort to boost intra-regional travel, Caribbean Star Airlines recently unveiled the 'Star Vacations' package to travel agents, tourism officials, hoteliers and members of the media at receptions throughout the region.
The packages will be offered to all 14 Caribbean Star destinations and at over 120 hotels and resorts. Caribbean Star, in a release, described the packages, which include airfare and accommodation, as being "uniquely designed to cater to the diverse needs of the Caribbean traveller".
According to Director of Marketing, Sandra Scotland the packages offer "a host of options...[including]...up to 25% discount at selected stores in Barbados, St. Maarten and Trinidad". In addition a car will be awarded to the top seller among all travel agents from the 14 Caribbean Star destinations.
