The lone mental health institution in the country is to have its occupational therapy department renovated, in addition to the construction of a new administrative block.
The $13M contract has been awarded to Raffick Construction Service Limited, of Williamsburg, Corentyne, while Vicab Consultants are supervising the project on behalf of the Regional Democratic Council (RDC).
Works, which began in October last year, are expected to conclude in March.
