105 complaints against the police in 2002

The Guyana Police Force (GPF) received 105 complaints (editor’s note:
table supplied by police force shows only 95) for investigation from the
Police Complaints Authority last year, of which 84 were answered while 18
are outstanding.
A GPC release stated the breakdown as per Police Division as follows:
