Its official! Andrew 'Six Heads' Lewis will meet Denny 'Deadly' Dalton for the third and final time tomorrow night at the National Park arena on a card by McNeal Enterprises/Eye Care and Layne Productions out of Barbados.

The fight for the national junior middleweight crown between Lewis and Dalton dubbed "The Conclusion" was officially launched yesterday at the Water Chris Hotel conference room on Waterloo Street.

Gates will be open from 7 pm but the card will get underway from 8 pm with three fights leading up to the Lewis vs Dalton bout.

Veronica Blackman faces Sharon 'Stone' Ward with undefeated Lennox Alleyne coming up against Winston Pompey and Barbadian Curtis Murray battling Mitchell Rogers in a heavyweight bout before the main event.

Odinga Lumumba of McNeal Enterprises told Stabroek Sport that the fact that the fight was a conclusion means that somebody has to win conclusively and end the "foolishness" between Dalton and Lewis.

"They have met twice before, both have been inconclusive, it's now a conclusion, somebody got to decide what will happen, somebody have to win conclusively and end the foolishness," Lumumba said.

Lewis and Dalton have met twice before with inconclusive results on both occasions; it's only fair that the two top boxers be given the opportunity to settle the score between them once and for all.

Lewis met Dalton in October of 2005 in a bout entitled "Doomsday Battle" and again in April of 2006 in what turned out to be real "Unfinished Business" as the card of the two top local boxers was labelled by the promoters.

A head butt sustained by Lewis stopped "Doomsday Battle" in 2005 while Lewis quit 37 seconds into round seven in "Unfinished Business" in 2006, leaving fans to guess the outcome of both meetings.

Hopefully, when the two fighters meet tomorrow in the main event, a result will be certain and fans will know for sure who is the top boxer in the junior middleweight division in Guyana.

Dalton, a huge crowd favourite in the 2005 fight, met with a mixed crowd response at the National Park last year. Maybe fans were disappointed that he did not put away 'Six' on their first meeting.

Lewis emerged with a fanciful and energetic hip-hop beat in 2005 and again last year forcing the crowd to get involved in some way even if it was against their will to support Guyana's first world champion.

Lewis, a one time World Boxing Association (WBA) Welterweight champion, will have no excuse in his third and perhaps final attempt to re-emerge on the international stage after losing via a fifth round TKO to Ricardo 'The Matador' Mayorga in 2002.

Father of former World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Light Welterweight champion, Vivian Harris, Herman Harris last month chose Dalton to win tomorrow's fight, while Gwendolyn 'The Stealth Bomber' O'Neil chose Lewis last week.

Harris believes that Dalton is psychologically better than Lewis.

On the other hand O'Neil is convinced that Lewis has much more experience and is quicker than Dalton. But who knows?
