I am the owner and user of a cell phone which I was forced to own due to the fact that for a very long time now, I have been denied the services of a landline.

I applied to GT&T since 1998 for the service of a landline, and up to the time of writing this letter, this service has not been provided.

Today, we are in the year 2001, and it is most disturbing and disgusting to listen to GT&T's personnel telling me that services will be on sale from next week, next month end, next year. I guess the next time I ask they will tell me next decade or next century.

End this monopoly and advantage taking now.
