It is too horrendous to contemplate- The GPL has removed the subsidy for electricity, the water authorities are demanding payment or you'll suffer disconnection, mosquities are all set to carry you off into the realms of slapping and scratching even during the day, hundreds of persons are being retrenched- what else can go wrong?

Guess what- a bank is now charging $500 if you ask someone to cash a check for you.
