GUYANA'S first world boxing champion, Andrew `Sixhead' Lewis, was presented with the keys of his first vehicle in a ceremony at the Car Care's Hadfield & Camp Streets outlet, yesterday.

The keys of the vehicle, a Toyota Levin AE 101 sports car, was handed over by Odetha Brandford of Car Care, the company which gave the gift to the World champion for his historic achievement.

This vehicle became the first tangible gift the celebrity boxer received from the business community since firmly putting Guyana on the world map after he won the World Boxing Association welterweight belt on February 17.

Car Care made the announcement of the gift during a special function hosted by ACDA on Monday, but were awaiting the necessary paper work to be completed to hand over the vehicle. The champion went to see the car on Wednesday.
