The trio of Indomatie Goordial, Candacy Adkins and Annabelle Lewis will be among the lot training for the up-coming tour of the Caribbean by the Sri Lanka cricket team in March.
West Indies will oppose Sri Lanka in seven One-Day Internationals from March 8-24. At the end of the camp, 16 players will be selected from the group of 24 to make up the West Indies team for the Sri Lankan visit.
In 2001, the West Indies women were scheduled to tour Sri Lanka but the trip was called off due to safety fears in the wake of the September 11 terrorists attacks on America.

Pakistan subsequently replaced the West Indies for the ODI's and one four-day Test match played in Colombo.
And West Indies Cricket Board Cricket Committee member, Ann Browne-John, has been appointed head coach of the regional team for the seven limited overs matches against Sri Lanka.
Browne-John, a former West Indies captain, becomes the first woman to coach a West Indies women's team.
The 24 players were selected for trials after the Limited Overs competition in Guyana last year.
