The former West Indies captain said that the trio of Indomattie Goordial, Candacy Adkins and Annabelle Lewis, although they are among the youngest in the training camp, have shown the discipline and commitment needed at this level of the sport.
"Although Indomattie (Goordial), Candacy (Adkins) and Annabelle (Lewis) are the younger ones among the 24 in the camp, they have displayed a high level of maturity and self-motivation which will serve them well in their future regional and international careers, be it sports or academics," Browne-John stated.
She added that the final 16 for the seven One-day International matches against Sri Lanka in March would be selected later this week.
The 16 will be selected by the team's technical adviser Gus Logie, Browne-John and captain Verena Felicien.
Browne-John added that the camp which will end today, has served its purpose and the participants are quite happy with all aspects of the four-day stint.
Apart from the technical programme, which was conducted by Logie, the participants took part in various personal development seminars.
Logie will also assist in the preparation of the team for its participation in IWCC trophy tournament in Holland from July 19-28.
