Electing to bat, the Sri Lankans scored 226 for four off their 50 overs, before restricting Trinidad and Tobago to 115 all out in 37 overs for their third win on the tour.
The Sri Lankans beat St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) by 68 runs on Tuesday in Kingstown, where they also defeated the West Indies by 27 runs on Thursday in the first of six one-day internationals, the second of which was being played yesterday.
Openers Washanti Ratnayake (77) and Randika Galhenage (31) registered a 102-run partnership and Chamani Seneviratne, who top-scored with 37 against the West Indies on Thursday, contributed an unbeaten 50 in Sri Lanka's challenging score.
Left-arm spinner Shane De Silva picked up two for 25 to lead the way for Trinidad and Tobago, who were tormented by off-spinner Sandamali Dolewatte when they replied.
Rona Rajkumar hit 25 not out to top-score, while Erica George (19) and De Silva (13) were the next highest scorers for the home side, as Dolewatte snared five for 29 off nine overs, supported by opening bowler Seneviratne, with two for 16.
