Six more deported from U.S.

Mervin Robertson, age 25 of Lot 15 Vergenoegen, East Bank Essequibo, was deported from the United States of America for domestic violence on 2003-10-14.
Robertson departed Guyana legally on 1996-04-10 for the USA however, on 2002-10-01, he was arrested and charged with the domestic violence.
He appeared in court and was placed on one-year probation.
Robertson was detained on 2002-11-12 by the Immigration Authority and deported.
Jermain Denhart, 28, of Lot 57 Stanleytown, New Amsterdam, Berbice was deported from the USA for domestic violence.
Denhart departed Guyana legally on 1992-02-01 for the USA.
He was arrested on 2001-06-10 and charged with the offence.
Denhart appeared in court and was sentenced to three years imprisonment for domestic violence.
On completion of his jail term on 2003-10-15, he was released into Immigration custody and deported on 2003-10-16.
Kethwaroo, 71, of Number 7 Village, Berbice was deported to Guyana from the USA for attempted murder.
Kethwaroo departed left Guyana legally in 1993 for the USA.
And in 1998, he was arrested and charged with the offence, where he appeared in court and was sentenced to five years imprisonment.
After the completion of four years, he was released into Immigration custody and deported to Guyana on 2003-08-17.
Compton Eustace O. Pile, 54, of Lot 79 Laing Avenue, Georgetown, was deported to Guyana on 2003-08-17 from the USA for the possession of unlicensed firearm.
Pile migrated legally to the Trinidad in 1976 and in 1983 he departed Trinidad for the USA.
In 1986 he was arrested and charged with the possession of narcotics, he later appeared in court and was fined.
However, in 1995, he was arrested and charged with the possession of narcotics and an unlicensed firearm.
Pile once again appeared in court and was sentenced to sixteen to thirty two years imprisonment.
After he completed eight years of jail term, he was handed over to the Immigration Department and deported to Guyana.
Roger Anthony Cooblall, 35, of 218 Pike Street, Kitty, Georgetown, was deported from the USA to Guyana for the possession of narcotics and rape.
Cooblall left Guyana legally for the USA in 1994 and was arrested in 1996 and charged with the possession of narcotics.
Cooblall appeared in court and was placed on six months probation.
On 1997-02-17, he was rearrested and charged with rape, which broke down to sodomy.
He appeared in court and was sentenced to four to nine years imprisonment.
After the completion of six years, Cooblall was handed over to Immigration and deported to Guyana on 2003-08-17.
Miguel Sands, Lot 533 Go-slow Avenue, Tucville, Georgetown was deported from the USA for the possession with intent to distribute narcotics.
Sands departed Guyana legally on 90-05-05 and was arrested on 97-05-05 and later charged with offence.
He appeared in court and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and after completing his jail term; he was released into immigration custody and deported to Guyana on 2003-10-02.
Reginald Henderson, 61, of Lot 68 Shell Road, Kitty, Georgetown, was on 2003-09-29 deported from the USA for child abuse.
Henderson departed Guyana legally on 1979-11-23 for the USA and in September, 1977 he was arrested and charged with the offence.
He appeared in court and was sentenced to ten years imprisonment.
On completion of six years, he was handed over to Immigration and deported on 2003-09-29.
Mark Irving, 23, of Lot 19 Line Path 'D' Corentyne, Berbice, was deported to Guyana from the USA on 2003-09-25 for robbery under arms.
Irving departed Guyana legally in 1981 for the USA.
In 1993, he was arrested and charged with the offence; he appeared in court and was found guilty.
Irving was sentenced to five to fifteen years imprisonment.
On completion, of nine years, he was released into Immigration custody and deported.
Afzal Mohamed, 24, of Lot 23 Betsy Ground, East Canje, Berbice, was on 2003-09-25 deported from the USA for drinking and driving, unlicensed driver and assault.
Mohamed left Guyana legally in 1984 for the USA. In 1996, he was arrested and charged with the offence.
He appeared in court and was fined five hundred and fifty six dollars with one-year probation.
In 1997, he was arrested once again and charged with assault, he appeared in court and was given five days community service.
On 2002-09-24, Mohamed was deported from the USA for uttering a forged currency and attempted assault.
Shyrlyne Dummett, 50, of Lot 200 Grove Squatting Area, East Bank Demerara, was on 2003-09-24, deported from the USA for uttering a forged currency and attempted assault.
Dummett departed Guyana legally on 82-03-14 for the USA, on 1997-11-18, she was arrested and charged with the offence.
She appeared in court and after constant trials, the matter was dismissed.
Subsequently, Dummett was arrested and charged with attempted assault where she was sentenced to four to eight years imprisonment.
On completion, of five years and six months, she was released into Immigration custody and deported to Guyana.
Paul Howell, 26, of Lot 171 Eccles, East Bank Demerara was on 2003-09-29 deported from the USA for possession of narcotics.
Howell departed Guyana legally in 1987 for the USA. On 2001-06-05, he was arrested and charged with the offence. He appeared in court and was sentenced to one and a half years to three years imprisonment.
On completion, of one and a half years, he was released into Immigration custody and later deported.
Ricardo Williams, 39, of lot 176 Titus Street, Agricola, was deported on 2003-09-20 from the USA for larceny.
Williams departed Guyana legally on 1982-09-04 for the USA and on 1999-09-23; he was arrested and charged with the offence.
He appeared in court and was sentenced to eight months to five years imprisonment.
After Williams completed one and a half years imprisonment, he was handed over to Immigration and deported.
Dave Edwards, 34, of Lot 444 North East La Penitence, Georgetown, was deported from the USA on 2003-09-19 for possession of narcotics.
Edwards left Guyana legally on 1981-01-21 for the USA. On 2000-09-03, he was arrested and charged with the offence.
He appeared in court and was placed on two years probation.
Edwards was rearrested on 2002-11-06 by Immigration and deported.
Lawrence Chung Pon, 38, of Lot 37-38 Vreed-en-Hoop, West Bank Demerara was deported on 2002-09-19 from the USA for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Pon departed Guyana legally in October, 1982 for the USA.
He was arrested on 98-02-28 and charged with the offence.
He appeared in court and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and on completion of eight years; he was handed over to Immigration and deported.
Neil Mahadeo, 27, of Nootenzuil, East Coast Demerara was deported to Guyana from the USA on 2003-09-20 for robbery.
Mahadeo left Guyana legally on 98-10-27 for the USA.
He was arrested on 1995-03-01 and charged with the offence. Mahadeo appeared in court and was sentenced to four to nine years imprisonment.
On completion, of eight years, he was released into Immigration custody and deported.
Patricia Aleecia Semple, 35, of LA-1018 Tucville Housing Scheme, Georgetown was on 2003-09-18 was deported from Cayenne for possession of narcotics.
Semple legally departed on 1999-03-24 for Cayenne via Suriname and on 2002-09-24, she was arrested and charged with the offence.
She appeared in court and was sentenced to one-year imprisonment. On completion, she was handed over to Immigration and deported.
Al Vallen Gerald Timmerman, 29, of Alexander Street, New Amsterdam, Berbice was deported from the USA on 03-09-20 from the USA for possession of stolen property.
Timmerman departed Guyana legally on 91-06-16 for the USA. He was arrested in 1995 and charged with the offence. He appeared in court and was placed on eighteen months probation.
In June 1997, he was rearrested by the Immigration for the offence he committed on 1995 and sentenced to six months imprisonment.
On completion, he was handed over to the Immigration in July, 2003 after which he was deported.
