Miss Guyana/Universe, Odessa Phillips, while admitting that her relationship with former Miss Guyana World Olive Gopaul has changed, says there is no rivalry between them.
She is the guest on this Sunday's One on One interview programme with Cecil Griffith to be aired at 8 pm on GTV and rebroadcast on Tuesday afternoon at 5:05 pm.
Phillips has said that at no time did she consider Miss Gopaul a threat to her winning the crown and also has something to say about the press coverage of the pageant.
Phillips, who was crowned at the National Cultural Centre last Saturday night, is to go to Barbados to complete her law studies, before getting down to serious preparations for the Miss Universe pageant to be held in Ecuador in May.
She represented Guyana at the last Miss World pageant which was scheduled to be held in Nigeria but had to be switched to London after violence broke out in the Nigerian capital.
