"If the recent Rule of Law March is to have any credibility, then its committee must make a bold statement on violations of the rule of law," the Rise Organise and Rebuild (ROAR) Movement said in condemning the recent attack on East Coast families.
The party called on government to address the security concerns of the East Coast residents and urged residents to take all steps to protect themselves by whatever means necessary.
ROAR said that if Guyana is to move beyond its present state then the rule of law must apply to all.
