The use of Lotto funds for the stadium site preparation activities, likely to be concluded this year at a cost of $80M, has been approved by Cabinet.

Head of the Presidential Secretariat and Cabinet Secretary, Dr Roger Luncheon made this disclosure at his weekly post-Cabinet briefing held at the Office of the President yesterday.

He said that during the site preparation there would be a phased approach for the construction of roadways, waterways, bridges and culverts.
