Shelly G launches first album

"Touch Me" was the song that introduced her to Guyana and the nation has embraced Shelly G supporting her as she continues to grow along with Guyana's fledgling music industry up to this point; the release of her first album.
The album, to be launched along with a video tonight at Club Elysium, is said to contain a mixture of tracks with soca and hip-hop as Shelly explores her range for the benefit of her fans. The album also features the home-grown rhythm introduced by the Fire Clan Band 'Boom Drop'. Ian Johnson aka Mr Dynamix himself is simultaneously hosting his Christmas party featuring traditional dishes and drinks making it one big fun event.
The album called 'Shelly G Online' drops 11 scorching tracks including "Touch Me", "High", 'Party', and 'Celebration Time', among several others. The album has a guest appearance by Nikeria "A Want a Man" and several collaborations with Fojo, Fire Clan and Xcellent. It was mixed at a collection of Guyanese studios including Kross Kolours, Platinum Records, Kingdom Friends and Dynamix.
The launching party features artistes like X2, JB, First Born, Timeka Marshall, Celeste David, Vanilla and Fojo along with a select line up of DJs.
