Tonight, for the umpteenth time, Jamaican reggae oldies trio Ernie Smith, Ken Lazarus and Boris Gardner along with Winsome Benjamin are going to open their tour in Guyana by pleasing their local fans at the three venues on two nights.
The artistes are set to entertain the masses at the National Cultural Centre tonight accompanied by the Dwight Pinkney Reggae Band. The cost to get into the venue is $1,500 and $2,500 for auditorium front.
Tomorrow the artistes are going to besiege Club Elysium and the roof garden of premiere downtown hotel King's Plaza. At that venue the artistes are working out with Mischievous Guys, Delma Lynch and Otis Holder. The applicable figure for Elysium is $5,000 and to enjoy the upper level view revellers can dig a little deeper for $12,500. While swinging patrons can enjoy finger foods at the Club Elysium, the roof will offer a buffet dinner and cocktails to fit the bill.
